Each booth is 8' by 10' and includes one table and two chairs. The per booth cost is $30. Fair Association members receive a $5 per booth discount.
• The Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any item, brought to the fairgrounds by the vendor prior to, during or after the World's Greatest Garage.
• No food, plants, produce, horticultural products, firearms, weapons, alcohol, tobacco or “adult” materials will be sold. The Fair Association retains approval right of all items for sale to be offered under this agreement. It is agreed that any other matters not expressly provided for in this agreement will be at the sole discretion of the Fair Association.
• Only selected overhead doors will be opened as determined by Fair & Expo Staff.
• Automobiles WILL NOT be allowed to drive into the building during move-in and move-out. Move-in will take place on –January 2, 2009 from Noon – 7pm .
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED AT CLOSE OF SHOW – NO ITEMS MAY BE LEFT BEHIN D. The Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association regrets it can no longer accept donations as local charities will not accept donations from public garage sales. The Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association reserves the right to invoice vendors for all products left behind at $18/yard.
• Vendors will be allowed into show at 7:30am on January 3 , 2009. Show is open to the public from 8am – 3pm.
• The Vendor will supply the Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association with a signed sales report of the vendor's sales made during the January 3 , 2009, World's Greatest Garage Sale. The Vendor will also pay 8% of the reported sales to the Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association for Sales Tax. The Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association will report and pay the Sales Tax to the New York State Sale Tax Department.
• NOTICE: Contract payments received for booth space, table and chair rental are non-refundable. Payment by Vendor via cash, check or credit card denotes acceptance of contract terms.
• NOTICE : Any vendor not moved in & registered by January 2 , 2009 at 6:00pm will have their booth resold without refund.
• NOTICE: The Monroe County Fair Association IS NOT responsible for parking tickets. Please be sure you are legally parked at all times.
