Clam Bake

The Fair and Expo Center’s Clambake is a great way to entertain. The clambake is available in your choice of buffet style or market style presentations. The base pricing includes your choices for entrees, sides and beverages. Clam chowder, cash or open bar, and dessert may be added at an additional charge. Please note: the Clambake’s pricing and some of the offerings, such as corn on the cob, are seasonal in nature.

Pig Roast

While he’s actually quite jovial, “Mean Al’s” pig roast is an experience that will wow your guests. The Pig Roast is available in your choice of buffet style or market style.
